Todays entry has been written by Sophie Bevan. This has been her first trip with DSUK and in fact her first ski trip ever!
"We started the day with two runs down the green run outside the hotel, refining my technique and warming up. The third time up the lift we decided it was time to hit the blues for some adrenaline action!
We went up the Colorado lift and came down a blue called "Arnica". I was a little bit scared on the lift but Steven told me not to worry. I'd never tackled anything that steep/high before - Chill Factore doesn't quite match up to La Plagne! Once on the run, we only fell once and one of those times was because we were going so fast! - we made the time to spray a passing snowboarder with lots of snow...

I have definately caught the bug and today, for the first time I felt that I have the chance to really progress and get to a higher standard!
