Here at DSUK we have been awarded 52 Paralympic tickets for the London 2012 Games!!!

If you're a current member of DSUK, whether as a skier, helper, volunteer or supporter then you are welcome to enter the prize draw.

All entries MUST be received by 4pm on Wednesday 7th December.

Address in Full incl. Postcode

Telephone Number

Whether you'll require a seat or wheelchair space

Membership number

If you have an email address please also include this for notification purposes.

Please note that although we have your details on our database this is a separate draw and you must provide full details as we will not be looking up phone numbers etc.

We will not be accepting entries via telephone, and please be aware that if sending by post we must receive it by the Wednesday so bear that in mind when posting.
